We individually hand make and decorate every item on this website with the exception of
the educational magnetic boards, cushions, height charts, hanging charts. No two items are exactly the same, and we describe
every item as clearly as possible but can vary slightly from the picture given.
As most items are personalised you are solely
responsible for checking that you have given all details, wording and spelling correctly. No refunds will be given on personalised items
were spelling or mistakes are given by the customer.
All items on this website with the exception of the educational magnetic
boards, cushions, height charts, hanging charts, are decorative gifts and are not suitable for young children and should not be given
as toys.
As our products are custom made no work will commence untill full payment has been received and cleared.
Please choose carefully as items are made to order, refunds are not available on custom made (made to order)and personalised products except for educational magnetic boards, cushions, height charts, hanging charts.
Payments available Paypal, Credit/Debit cards, Cheque, Postal Orders.
All items sent to the UK are sent via Royal Mails 2nd Class Recorded Delivery.
Outside the UK other options are given on the checkout pages, please select the correct options. Incorrect options will result in your order being cancelled.
Most orders are dispatched within a few weeks but please allow upto 28 days for dispatch, if you require an
exact dispatch time please email or call before ordering to avoid disappointment.
Dispatch times do not include delivery
times; we are not responsible for any delays in delivery times this is down to the delivery company used - currently Royal Mail. Please
visit there website for up to date delivery times.
Please ensure that you give the full and correct delivery address and
details as we will not be held responsible for any packages being sent to the wrong address. Parcels returned back to us due
to customers not being at home or non collections from Royal Mail are not our responsibility. Re delivery of these parcels
will be subject to further postage costs, also administation fee of £1.95.
